The Director Mr Sediamere Peter Mafojane boasts ernomous legal experience in the fields of Refugee and Immigration Law, Public Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights Law, Road Accident Matters, Medical Negligence, Unlawfull Arrests and Detention, Divorce and Estate Law, Labour Law, Labour Dispute Resolution, Law of Contracts and General Litigation.

Mr Mafojane completed his law degree at the University of Pretoria in 2007, Practical Legal Training in 2009, Introductory Police Training at Tshwane Police Academy in 2010, Basic Crime Investigation Practice in 2011. Became a Member of the International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges and awarded a certificate in Arusha Tanzania.

Mr Mafojane became an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2013 and has worked for Podbielski Mhlambi Attorneys both as a candidate attorney and a professional assistant(Attorney), subsequently worked for South Africa Police Services as a legal advisor, he moved on to work for Ernst and Young as a claims advisor, then joined the Department of Home Affairs National Office as a legal advisor and finally was appointed by the Minister of Home Affairs Dr Aaron Motsoaledi as a board member of the Standing Committee for Refugee Affairs from July 2021 to September 2023.

Mr Mafojane has also acted as the Chairperson for the Standing Committee for Refugee Affairs on several occasions, and has an overall 16 years of experience post legal qualification both in the private and public sector. The law firm SPM Inc was incorporated in September 2023.
